HNT Services Ltd. is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our Irrigation Project Team for a seasonal project in Cordova Bay, BC.

This position will run from September through approximately mid-to-late November 2026, with full-time hours and overtime opportunities available throughout the project.

This is an excellent opportunity for students, tradespeople, and individuals looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in golf course irrigation, construction, equipment operation, and large-scale project installation.

Our current project is located at a beautiful golf course in Cordova Bay, BC, where successful candidates will work alongside an experienced irrigation installation team. Previous experience in irrigation, construction, landscaping, or equipment operation is considered an asset; however, we are willing to train the right candidates. A strong work ethic, positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively as part of a team are the most important qualifications.

Successful candidates will work as part of an irrigation installation crew and may be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Assisting with the installation of large-scale golf course irrigation systems
- Excavation, trenching, and backfilling
- Handling and installation of irrigation pipe and components
- Assisting with HDPE pipe fusion and related installation activities
- Operating equipment safely and efficiently, where qualified
- Loading, unloading, and organizing materials and equipment
- Performing general labour and site preparation duties
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Following company safety procedures and project-specific instructions
- Working collaboratively with supervisors and other members of the project team

- Valid steel-toed work boots are required

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
