Responsibilities

- Erect, install, and dismantle steel frameworks, rebar, and structural supports according to blueprints and schematics.
- Operate heavy equipment such as cranes, hoists, and forklifts safely to lift and position materials accurately.
- Read and interpret detailed construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints to execute precise installations.
- Perform rebar installation with attention to detail for durability and compliance with safety standards.
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, welding, caulking, and finishing metal components.
- Assist in concrete forming, masonry work, flooring installation, and restoration projects to support overall construction goals.




- Conduct heavy lifting with proper techniques to prevent injury while maintaining efficiency during demanding tasks.

Skills

- Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction tools, equipment operation, and structural systems.
- Proven experience in rebar installation, concrete forming, masonry, and flooring installation.
- Skilled in blueprint reading and understanding schematics for accurate project execution.
- Proficient in welding techniques and the use of hand tools and power tools for metalwork.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Knowledge of renovation processes including restoration work and caulking applications.
- Excellent physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces.
