Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IRATA Rope Access Pipefitter to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects that require precision, technical expertise, and a proactive safety mindset. As an IRATA-certified Pipefitter specializing in rope access techniques, you will perform critical maintenance, installation, and inspection tasks in hard-to-reach areas, ensuring operational excellence across oil & gas, industrial, or infrastructure sites.

Your expertise will contribute to safe, efficient project execution while adhering to rigorous safety standards and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

- Utilize IRATA rope access techniques to perform pipefitting tasks at elevated or confined locations with precision and safety.
- Install, repair, and maintain piping systems using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and rigging gear.
- Conduct inspections of piping and related mechanical components to identify defects or potential issues.
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and other machinery necessary for material handling and site setup.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret technical drawings and schematics for accurate installation and modifications.
- Perform rigging operations for lifting and positioning heavy pipes or equipment safely and efficiently.




- Maintain detailed records of work performed, safety inspections, and compliance documentation in line with industry standards.

Qualifications

- Valid IRATA Rope Access certification with proven experience in industrial environments.
- Robust mechanical knowledge related to piping systems, rigging, welding, and general maintenance.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation such as forklifts.
- Experience working within the oil & gas sector or similar industrial settings is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of rigging procedures, safety protocols, and industry regulations is essential.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive safety attitude to ensure safe work practices at all times.
