Ultreia Tech recrute un(e) Spécialiste en approvisionnement TI pour un mandat de 6 mois, pour le compte d'une firme internationale de services professionnels en ingénierie, spécialisée notamment en infrastructures, environnement et bâtiments, avec une présence à l'échelle mondiale.

Si vous êtes un(e) spécialiste en approvisionnement TI avec une solide expertise en négociation de contrats logiciels et en gestion de processus d'appels d'offres, et que vous aimez évoluer dans un environnement bilingue et dynamique, ce mandat pourrait être pour vous.

Vos responsabilités :

- Piloter et soutenir les activités d'approvisionnement TI, avec un accent sur l'acquisition de logiciels et la négociation de contrats complexes
- Gérer les processus d'appel d'offres (RFP) de bout en bout : rédaction, évaluation des fournisseurs, octroi
- Soutenir la révision des contrats, la négociation et la gestion des relations fournisseurs
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes afin d'aligner les activités d'approvisionnement sur les besoins d'affaires et techniques

Ce que vous apportez :

- 4 à 5 ans d'expérience en approvisionnement TI
- Expérience pratique avérée en participation à des processus de RFP
- Solide expertise en approvisionnement logiciel et en structures contractuelles complexes
- Connaissance pratique des services et technologies de télécommunications et de réseautique
- Capacité à s'intégrer rapidement au sein d'une équipe déjà établie
- Bilingue : parfaitement à l'aise de travailler en français et en anglais

- Support contract review, negotiation, and vendor management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business and technical needs

What you bring:

- 4 to 5 years of experience in IT procurement
- Proven hands-on experience participating in RFP processes
- Strong background in software procurement and complex contract structures
- Working knowledge of telecom and networking services/technologies
- Ability to integrate quickly into an established team
- Bilingual: fully comfortable working in French and English
