I’m currently hiring an IT Support Technician (Level 1) for a growing Quebec-based organization operating in a multi-site distribution environment, currently undergoing a strong technological transformation. You’ll join a collaborative, user-focused IT Operations team. Mission As part of the IT Operations team, you will provide technical support across multiple locations, ensuring system availability and user satisfaction. You will play a key role in maintaining day-to-day IT operations. Key responsibilities include: - Providing IT support to users across head office, retail locations, and distribution center - Managing and resolving support tickets in line with SLAs - Troubleshooting hardware and software issues - Managing workstations (Windows 10/11, macOS)- Supporting Microsoft 365 workplace (F1-E5, Teams, SharePoint)- Managing IT asset lifecycle (deployment, maintenance, inventory)- Participating in IT projects and deployments - Documenting processes and procedures - Training users on Microsoft tools and internal systems - Contributing to continuous improvement of support services - Participating in on-call rotation (evenings and weekends)



Your profile We’re looking for a hands-on, service-oriented IT technician comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
