Our financial/ wealth management client is looking for a Product Design Manager to join their team.This will be for 12+ months, fulltime hours per week, and onsite 3-4x per week in Downtown Toronto.Rate range is between $70-75 per hour, t4.This role blends strategic thinking, hands‑on research, facilitation, and cross‑functional leadership. You will guide teams through discovery, define problem spaces, and translate insights into actionable strategies that influence product direction and organizational decision‑making.What You’ll Do- Lead discovery initiatives and align cross functional teams- Talk to users, dig into problems, and uncover insights- Turn research into transparent, compelling stories (journey maps, personas, ecosystems)- Run workshops that spark ideas and move projects forward- Present insights to leaders and influence big decisions- Keep an eye on digital trends — especially AI/ML- Work across business, tech, design, and development- Working daily with UX Researchers, Designers, Strategists and fellow Product Leads.Tools You’ll Use- Mural for research + workshops- Figma, Mural, and PowerPoint for visuals
