Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based at Playground’s facilities in Châteauguay, QC.

The Job

Title is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the gaming and entertainment environment, delivering consistent, guest-focused service, and maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.



Typical responsibilities include interacting with guests and colleagues, following established policies and procedures, handling routine administrative or operational tasks, and contributing to a safe, organized, and efficient work area. The person in this role collaborates with team members and management to meet performance goals, assists during peak event and promotion periods, and represents Playground’s brand standards at all times. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or gaming environments, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced setting, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities and guest needs.
- Demonstrated reliability, professional demeanor, and commitment to delivering high-quality guest experiences.
- Comfort working with basic technology and point-of-sale or operational systems; prior gaming or entertainment industry experience is an asset.
- Availability for shift work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; bilingualism (English/French) and additional languages are considered beneficial.
