At our store, appts matter. Calls, texts, emails, personalized videos, social media, referrals and follow-up are tools. The objective isn't to make a certain number of calls so you can check a box and say you did your job.

The objective is to create conversations, opportunities and appts. If the appts aren't happening, you don't simply say, “I made my calls.” You adjust. You try something different. You improve the message.

You follow up. You create content. You make more contacts. You keep working the things that are actually within your control.



That's the mindset we're looking for. We want someone who can build and promote themselves, our dealership and our inventory.

Someone who understands that their phone isn't only for calling prospects — it's also a camera, a marketing tool and a way to build an audience and reputation. You don't need to know everything.But you do need to be coachable. We follow processes.

We measure results. We give feedback. We challenge you when we believe you are capable of more (and we expect you to challenge yourself too) 1 bad customer doesn't ruin your day. 1 lost deal doesn't ruin your week. 1 difficult month doesn't determine the next one.

Accountability. We have 2 different compensation paths depending on what motivates you: A salary-focused structure with performance bonuses or a commission-focused structure with greater compensation tied directly to performance. We're located in Chilliwack, BC.
