Great Catch Electric is a growing electrical company proudly serving the Cowichan Valley & Victoria area. We are currently looking for motivated and experienced Journeyman Electrician and Electrical Apprentices to join our team for residential and commercial installations throughout the Cowichan Valley.

Requirements

- Valid Class 5 Driver’s license
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Practical experience working with electrical systems and equipment is an asset. For apprentices, some electrical experience preferred and a willingness to learn
- Knowledge of safe operation of tools and equipment
- Ability to work both individually and in a collaborative environment

Responsibilities:
- Identifying, analyzing, troubleshooting,



and assisting with repairs of equipment and electrical faults
- Using appropriate hand and power tools, assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, apparatus, and fixtures
- Completing electrical installations and carrying out various maintenance duties
- Ability to drive and manage a work van

Compensation:
- 40 hours a week; Monday to Friday
- Chance for growth and advancement
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience and training

Licence/Certification:
- Class 5 Drivers Licence (required)
