We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman/Woman Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across various commercial and residential settings. Your expertise will ensure that electrical infrastructure operates safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Duties

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to guide installation and repair work.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems including low voltage wiring, power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete wiring tasks, conduit bending, and equipment installation.
- Conduct renovations by upgrading existing electrical infrastructure while adhering to safety standards and codes.
- Collaborate with construction teams and project managers to ensure timely completion of electrical work on projects of varying complexity.

Requirements





- Valid journeyman/woman electrician license or certification recognized in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Proven experience with electrical systems, schematics, and blueprint reading.
- Strong knowledge of low voltage systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and general electrical theory.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and conduit bending equipment necessary for electrical installations.
- Experience working on renovation projects or construction sites with a focus on electrical upgrades or new builds.
- Ability to interpret technical schematics accurately and follow detailed instructions precisely.
- Handyman skills or experience in general maintenance tasks are a plus; flexibility to handle diverse repair needs is essential.
