We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman/Woman Plumber/Gasfitter to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing and gas fitting systems across various construction and maintenance projects. Your expertise will ensure safe, effective, and reliable systems that meet all safety standards and building codes.

Responsibilities

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Perform gas fitting tasks such as connecting gas lines and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to assemble and modify plumbing components.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on plumbing and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems to ensure optimal operation.
- Heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to proper lifting techniques.




- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure timely project completion while maintaining safety standards.

Requirements

- Valid Journeyman/Woman plumber or gasfitter certification/license recognized in your region.
- Proven experience in plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance within construction or industrial environments.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems, schematics, and system assembly processes.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and blueprint reading.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and interpreting technical data.
- Experience with carpentry or related construction work is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed.
