This position is for an advanced practice Nurse Practitioner, focused on acute and chronic care within the Primary Health Care framework. You will work independently and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, using virtual care technologies. Regular shifts include days, evenings, and weekends, with a structured administrative component allocated for follow-up client care.

Requirements: • Completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program • Current NLCN registration as a Nurse Practitioner • Minimum five years nursing experience, including NP role • Current BCLS Certification • Knowledge of urgent care practices and models
