Position: Jr Accounts Receivables Guru (Team Member to AR and Finance as a whole)

Location: Peterborough Airport Area

Job Type: Monday to Friday during the day, No Shifts, Weekends Off – Full time!

Get Inspired by the Work You’ll Do

· Checking customer invoices for accuracy (Halleluiah to A-Type Personalities!)

· Data Entry for invoices & credits (Calling all Data Entry Experts!)

- Liaison with customer to resolve invoice issues (We love to help others!)
- Assist with credit card payments & other administration duties (A Team-player attitude is a MUST)

Don’t know aircraft or airplane parts? That’s okay – you don’t need to!

Assets:

· Great attitude and works well with others

· Education in administration, bookkeeping or business

· Excellent customer service skills

· Fluent in English

· Excellent computer skills and ability to work in Microsoft programs

· Robust communication skills – both verbal & written





· Previous work experience in bookkeeping.

· Can work with minimal supervisor

· Knowledge of bookkeeping software

· Willing to go the extra mile

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
