Role Overview The Junior Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships, and identify business opportunities among existing clients. This role requires solid communication, project coordination, and business communication to support clients and internal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of assigned client accounts, serving as a key point of contact for day-to-day account coordination and communication.
- Execute daily sales functions, including order processing, fulfillment tracking, invoicing, and coordinating product shortages and remittances.
- Maintain and update tracking sheets to monitor and analyze sales performance, P&Ls;, inventory levels, marketing campaigns, and production activities.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on order status, replenishment timelines, new product launches, and marketing initiatives.
- Complete, organize, and maintain vendor documentation and product setup forms accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update line sheets, order forms, pricing lists, and other sales-related documents to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments to facilitate the timely and accurate flow of information and support smooth project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field
- Previous experience as an Account Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or in a similar client-facing or project coordination role is preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel considered an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with different stakeholders
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks effectively
Nice to Have
- Experience in the cosmetics, beauty, or consumer goods industry.
- Knowledge of supply chain, packaging, or product development processes.
- Ability to communicate in additional languages to support diverse client relationships.
Pay: $42,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
