606 Essex Chambers is a growing Vancouver litigation boutique seeking a junior litigation associate with approximately 0 to 2 years of post-call experience. We are looking for a lawyer who is motivated by challenging work, eager to develop solid litigation skills, and interested in building a long-term practice within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

This is an opportunity for a junior lawyer to gain meaningful hands-on experience early in their career while working closely with experienced litigators on sophisticated and complex matters.

- Competitive compensation of approximately $140,000 to $170,000+, with significant long-term earning potential.

Qualifications The successful candidate will have:

- 0 to 2 years of post-call experience in British Columbia. Applications from current articled students approaching call may also be considered.
- Membership in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia, or eligibility for membership upon completion of articles.
- Above-average academic performance in law school.
- Strong analytical, legal research, and legal writing skills.
- A demonstrated interest in litigation and a willingness to develop advocacy and client-management skills.
- Strong initiative, responsiveness, attention to detail, and professional judgment.
