Location Address: 100 Yonge Street, 5th Hybrid – 3 days in office

Contract Duration: 12 months

Possibility of extension: Yes, depending on performance and business needs

Number of Positions: 4

Schedule Hours: 8:30 am-5 pm Monday-Friday (No OT)

Must- have requirements

1-2 years experience with cross-functional project management and PM tools such as Adobe Workfront.

1+ years of experience in leading and coaching a high-performing team

Previous experience with Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and Adobe CDP

Strong experience with Excel, reporting, and insights

Nice-To-Have Skills:

Financial services experience is an asset

AI automation experience, such as the creation of playbooks and best practices.

1+ years of experience with digital marketing platforms such as Responsys, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud,



Adobe Experience Manager. Adobe Journey Optimizer preferred

Best vs. Average Candidate The best candidate is someone who has worked in financial services and has experience in marketing and digital marketing project management.

Candidate Review & Selection

2 Rounds:

1st Round: HM and PM(30 minutes). This round includes an overview of the role and questions about experience.

2nd Round: Hiring manager and Director - MS Teams video call (30 minutes), focusing on behavioral and technical questions to ensure the candidate is a valuable fit for the team and the role.
