Role Description This is a full-time, in office Junior Sales role based in Calgary, AB.

The Junior

Sales team member will support the sales process by responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and providing product information.

Responsibilities include assisting senior sales staff, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. The role involves learning the product portfolio, participating in training on machine tools and industrial applications, and collaborating with internal teams to coordinate orders and deliveries.

Sales professional will also help identify new business opportunities, attend customer meetings, and contribute to sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills and an interest in Training to grow into more advanced sales responsibilities.
- Candidates should possess basic Sales Management awareness, including organizing sales activities and supporting account follow-up.
- Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working on-site with customers and team members; willingness to learn technical product information and industrial applications.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM tools); prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting is an asset.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, sales, or a related field is considered an advantage.
