The Iris Setlakwe clothing brand was established in Montreal in 2001, with one objective in mind: To create a women’s clothing line that fits perfectly in all the right places, uses nothing but superior-quality textiles, while supporting the local workforce. Here's what you will be doing (but not limited to):

- Greeting customers and responding to questions
- Researching and cold-calling B2B customers
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Preparing customers' invoices, orders and merchandise
- Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor
- Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts
- Preparing and coordinating orders in the warehouse




- Assisting in unloading merchandise (by occasion)
- Assisting the Sales Manager in daily work

Requirements:

- Bilingual (must be fluent in French and English both written and oral)
- 1 year of retail sales experience (preferred)
- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced workplace.
- Social, likes to interact with people
- Proficient with Excel and Adobe (preferred)
- Detail oriented
- Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 10:00AM-5:00PM (for the moment)
