Here's what you will be doing (but not limited to): Greeting customers and responding to questions

Researching and cold-calling B2B customers

Providing exceptional customer service

Answering phone calls and emails

Preparing customers' invoices, orders and merchandise

Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor

Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts

Preparing and coordinating orders in the warehouse





Assisting in unloading merchandise (by occasion)

Assisting the Sales Manager in daily work Requirements: Bilingual (must be fluent in French and English both written and oral)

1 year of retail sales experience (preferred)

Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Social, likes to interact with people

Proficient with Excel and Adobe (preferred)

Detail oriented
