What will you do?

- Prospect daily for new builder and developer relationships and respond promptly to inbound opportunities to assess needs and propose customized HVAC, water heating, and water treatment solutions
- Own the full end-to-end sales pipeline for new business development from initial contact, through nurture and quotation, and obtaining finalized agreements
- Collaborate with internal finance, product, and marketing teams to develop tailored proposals for subscription products
- Champion exceptional customer experience while maintaining robust product and value proposition knowledge
- Represent Enlightened at industry events (including local Home Builder associations) and local sponsorships to network, identify opportunities, and stay informed on market demands
- Be accountable for day-to-day support for builders and builder partners
- Accountable for overall customer care and satisfaction

What do you bring?

- Strong autonomy and self-motivation with ambition to build a great business from the ground up
- 10+ years of B2B consultative sales experience, ideally within the new residential construction industry
- Strong experience within home services industry and knowledge of core products offered and subscription product value proposition




- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be energetic and have a positive attitude with a growth mindset
- Flexibility for evening and weekend events and meetings is required
- Experience within fast-paced startup environment is an asset
