In this RPN role, you will take the lead in delivering care to residents with unique and complex needs, ensuring their dignity and safety. Key Responsibilities:
• Administer therapies such as IV and wound care
• Evaluate resident needs and adjust care plans accordingly
• Document care using technology for accuracy and access
• Create supportive moments for residents and their families
• Drive the priorities of care delivery on shift
Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario in positive standing
• Completed VSS check within the past six months
• Up-to-date TB 2 Step test within the last year
