Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Keyboardist/Service Coordinator to join our vibrant team! This role combines musical talent with exceptional organizational skills, creating a lively and welcoming environment for our community. As a key member of our team, you will lead engaging musical performances while coordinating service activities that enhance the overall experience for attendees.

Duties

- Perform lively keyboard music during services, events, and community gatherings to uplift and energize attendees
- Coordinate service schedules, ensuring smooth execution of all activities and programs
- Communicate effectively with team members, volunteers, and participants to facilitate seamless event operations
- Lead a team of trained Volunteer team (Production) in prayer and coordination, comfortable with tools like Camera, Presentation tools, Switcher and other service flow activties
- Support Pastoral team with christian Social media scripting as needed, utilizing strong writing skills to prepare materials and scripts




- Assist in planning and organizing community outreach initiatives and special events
- Creative support in ensuring Production expereince for the Church, Maintain equipment, ensure sound quality, and troubleshoot technical issues promptly to guarantee optimal performance

Qualifications

- Proven experience playing keyboard or similar musical instruments in a live setting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences
- Solid public speaking abilities that inspire and motivate listeners
- Demonstrated teaching skills or experience church leadershp capacity related to music or spiritual development
- Exceptional writing skills for preparing speeches, lesson plans, or event materials
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple responsibilities effectively
- Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for service, music, and community engagement
