Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking kitchen staff to join our team. We are looking for invidiauals that like working in a quick pace enviroment and are self sufficient.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare items according to recipes, policies, procedures, and standard portion sizes.
- Operate and clean heavy duty meat slicer for deli meat slicing
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
- Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.




- Helps sandwhich staff out with restocking items during service.
- Helps to wash, clean and organize dishes and kitchen equipment.
- Maintaining freshness and quality of products.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine and banh mi is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
