Ridgeback Basement Systems is growing and looking to hire full-time Construction Workers to join our team.

Position Details

- Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday with occasional weekends 7am is start time
- Must be comfortable working year-round with no seasonal layoffs

Requirements
- Ability to work hard in a physically demanding environment
- Comfortable lifting heavy materials and tools
- Ability to move buckets of construction debris from job sites
- Experience using a jackhammer is an asset, or willingness to learn
- Ability to solve problems on the fly and adapt to installation challenges
- Daily and overnight travel may be required depending on scheduling needs
