What you'll own - Run job sites start to finish— layout, sequencing, quality, cleanup - Lead a crew of 2–5— direct the work, set the pace, hold the standard - Be the customer's point of contact on site— answer questions, flag changes - Keep jobs on schedule and on budget— materials, hours, waste - Train the next generation— bring apprentices up to your level - Own site safety— daily checks, hazard calls, everyone home safe What you bring Must-haves - 4+ yearslandscape construction experience - Proven crew leadership— you've run sites, not just worked on them - Valid BC driver's licence+ confident towing 10–14 ft trailers - Strong across multiple trades: hardscape, concrete, carpentry, masonry,
