Job Requirements:

We are looking for someone who has/is:

- Positive attitude.
- Physically fit., able to lift up to 50 lbs free hand,
- Able to comfortably shovel gravel, screening, lay sod, etc with no restrictions on lifting, bending, crouching repetitively
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High School Diploma
- Preferred two years of experience in the field.
- Ability to take and follow instructions.
- Team player who takes his/her role to achieve project goals seriously.

We are looking for someone who can:

- Strictly follow safety guidelines and help keep an organized jobsite.
- Read blueprints and grades.
- Safely operate and instruct on the safe operation of hand, power tools and equipment used.
- Build patios/walkways/driveways, gardens and decks.
- Work with a team of 1-3 people.




- Communicate effectively with all team members.
- Complete tasks in timely manner to industry standards.
- Comply with all company policies and regulations
- Work in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulations
- Communicate with clients in a polite and courteous manner

Working Conditions:

- safety shoes required
- other PPE provided
- Start at Grassie location shop every morning by 6:55am.
- 7:00 am-5:00 pm
- Monday to Friday
- Some Saturday mornings when required.
- May be required to work irregular hours if required (ie until 6pm)
