Job Position: Landscape Crew Lead

Location: Langley, BC

PNW Trees and Landscape is seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Crew Member to assist with daily field operations. This role involves working with the team to execute projects efficiently, safely, and to a high standard of quality.

We provide services to municipalities, civil construction companies, and residential clients. Some projects may require out-of-town travel. While not mandatory, this is an opportunity for increased earnings during those assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute hardscape and softscape installations
- Implement Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs as needed
- Participate in daily safety tailgate meetings
- Maintain and service tools, trailers,



and vehicles
- Maintain regular communication with management

Schedule

- Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- 30-minute unpaid lunch and two paid 15-minute breaks
- Occasional Saturday work available at overtime rates

Compensation

- $20–$26 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Required Qualifications

- Fluent in English with solid communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the yard
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

- Landscape General Pesticide License
- Red Seal certification or diploma in Horticulture
- ISA Arborist Certification
- First Aid Certification
