Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Landscape Crew Member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be actively involved in maintaining and improving outdoor spaces through hands-on work with various landscaping tasks. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help ensure our projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

- Assist with landscape installation, including planting, mulching, and soil preparation
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators under supervision
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks like mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging
- Support irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure proper watering
- Conduct general gardening activities including fertilizing and weed control




- Maintain equipment through routine mechanical checks and basic repairs
- Follow safety protocols during all operations to ensure a safe working environment

Experience
- Previous experience in landscaping, gardening or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools for outdoor work
- Experience or background in landscape maintenance will be advantageous
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina and attention to detail
