Duties

- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, planting, weeding, and mulching to keep outdoor areas pristine and inviting
- Operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and lawn mowers efficiently and safely to ensure high-quality results
- Use hand tools for planting, edging, and soil preparation with precision and care
- Assist with irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure optimal water distribution across landscapes
- Conduct minor construction activities like installing garden beds or pathways using appropriate equipment and techniques
- Maintain equipment through routine mechanical checks and basic repairs to maximize operational efficiency




- Support larger projects involving excavation with equipment such as excavators while adhering to safety protocols

Qualifications

- Prior experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or construction is highly desirable
- Mechanical knowledge for operating and maintaining power tools and small machinery
- Familiarity with irrigation systems, horticulture practices, and general gardening techniques
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual tasks
- Basic understanding of hand tools and power tools used in landscaping projects
- Construction experience is a plus for assisting with site preparation or installation projects
- Strong attention to safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a secure work environment
