Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Landscaper/Labourer to join our dynamic outdoor team. In this role, you will be creating and maintaining beautiful, functional landscapes that enhance the environment and meet client expectations.

Your hands-on skills will contribute to a variety of landscaping projects, ensuring high-quality results and efficient project completion. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in horticulture, landscape maintenance, and construction while working in a vibrant outdoor setting.

Duties

- Assist with landscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers, laying patio stones, natural stone, installing water features and sod
- Possibly operating and maintain equipment such as excavators, power tools, hand tools
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and work sites to ensure safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety standards and environmental guidelines

Skills -Drivers license





- Experience operating machinery such as excavators, skidsteers is an asset
- Mechanical knowledge related to the maintenance and repair of tools and equipment is an asset
- Proficiency with hand tools (shovels, pruners) and power tools (drills, saws) for various landscaping tasks
- Construction experience is a plus for supporting site development activities
- Ability to follow instructions carefully while working independently or as part of a team
- Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions
