Calscapes is a Calgary-based full-service landscaping, construction, snow and ice removal, and epoxy flooring company with over 20 years in operation. We serve residential and commercial clients across Calgary and the surrounding area, and we do it all in-house, no subcontractors. That's the difference between us and most companies in this business: when we say we're going to build it, our own crews build it, start to finish.

Role Mission

Turn every warm lead we hand you into a closed, signed job, so no homeowner or commercial client waits around wondering if Calscapes is going to follow up.

Who We Are Looking For

We're looking for someone who's independent, self-motivated, and genuinely good at closing. This isn't a prospecting role. You're not cold calling or knocking on doors, our door-to-door team hands you a steady stream of qualified leads. Your job is what happens next: show up, measure the job right, build a quote that wins, and follow up until the client signs. If you've got estimator experience and a go-getter attitude about the follow-up and the close, this is built for you.

Responsibilities & Expectations

- Respond to every lead handed off within 48hrs.
- Complete on-site visits to measure, assess scope,



and photograph the job accurately
- Build and deliver client-ready quotes using our in house calculator pre-built
- Run a consistent follow-up cadence on every open quote until it closes or is confirmed lost
- Close a minimum of 2 jobs per week.
- Hand off signed jobs cleanly to the production/crew team with accurate scope notes

Required Experience & Skills

- Estimating experience in landscaping, construction, or a related trades industry
- Proven track record closing sales, ideally in-home or in office estimates
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for site visits
- Comfortable with follow-up: phone, email, and text cadences without being pushy

Preferred:

- CRM or quoting software experience
- Knowledge of landscaping/hardscaping materials and construction methods
- Experience in a company that does big-ticket residential or commercial installs

Benefits/Perks

- Base salary + commission on closed jobs
- Vehicle allowance

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate

- Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
