The Role

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Crew Lead to run a 2-person setup (you + 1 tech). You will drive your assigned truck and trailer, lead weekly maintenance routes from Spring to Fall, and manage snow clearing in the Winter.

Key Responsibilities

- Crew Leadership: Drive truck & trailer; lead 1 tech through weekly mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanups.
- Winter Operations: Perform snow clearing and salting during winter months.
- Quality Control: Use a sharp eye for detail to ensure every property meets high company standards.
- Equipment Oversight: Perform daily gear inspections,



stay on top of maintenance needs, and report repairs promptly to management.

Qualifications
- 2+ years professional lawn care/landscaping experience (Crew Lead experience preferred).
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with trailer towing experience (Required).
- Experience with winter snow removal (plowing/snowblowing) preferred.
- Consistent, reliable, self-motivated, and able to lift 50 lbs.
