Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Landscape Technicians and lawn maintenance experts to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong background in landscape maintenance, gardening, and lawn care. This role involves hands-on tasks that contribute to the beautification and upkeep of various landscapes, ensuring that our clients' outdoor spaces are healthy and visually appealing.

Responsibilities

- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and planting.
- Operate excavators and other heavy machinery as needed for landscaping projects.
- Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for various gardening and construction tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of landscapes to identify areas needing attention or improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to execute landscaping projects efficiently.




- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding their landscapes.

Skills

- Proficient in landscape maintenance techniques including gardening and horticulture practices.
- Experience with excavators, irrigation systems, and general landscape construction.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for maintaining the aesthetic quality of landscapes.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
