Next Level Lawns is hiring a Lawn Care Technician with opportunity for Snow Removal! We’re a small, locally owned lawn care company in Winnipeg, specializing in residential, professional lawn maintenance and snow removal, including spring cleanups, lawn cutting, and aeration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform lawn maintenance services, including mowing, trimming, and blowing.
- Complete spring and fall cleanups (power raking, vacuuming, leaf removal).
- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
- Ensure all jobs are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.

Requirements:

- Experience in lawn care is preferred but not required.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive tasks.
- Reliable,



punctual, and able to work independently or with a team.
- Valid driver’s license required.
