We are seeking a lawyer who practices in corporate law, commercial law, and/or real estate law. The candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience practicing law in BC. We are looking for someone specifically with their own practice and book of clients.

We are open to discussions around hiring an employee who the candidate already works with. We provide a turnkey solution for lawyers who want to spend more time practicing law versus dealing with administrative obligations. Role The Associate

Counsel role operates on a management fee basis, allowing the lawyer to run their own independent practice while benefiting from our firm's resources and offerings, which include: Ongoing mentorship and support from our lawyers
