Job Synopsis

Production Associate plays a key role in meeting production targets while ensuring quality standards and pricing procedures are adhered to.

- Self-motivated and willing to take initiative,

- Experience with POS systems and cash registers.,
- Valid AB Driver’s License
- Ability to lift >30lbs
- Incumbent is on their feet all day
- Creative problem solving, process oriented

Key Responsibilities

Production/Workroom Associates ensure product is processed efficiently, key role in keeping product selection, quantity and quality are maintained on the retail floor. Duties include but are not limited to:

- Ensure product quality standards are sorting procedures are adhered to,
- Product sorting and pricing,




- Assist volunteers in the pricing and sorting out donations,
- Workroom organization,
- Keep the processing area clean and clear of debris,
- Other tasks assigned by either the Production Manager or the General Manager,
- Cover cash desk as required.

Additional Information

Challenges: This position is physically demanding, requiring lifting and extended periods of standing and walking. This position requires good mobility, with bending and some use of ladders and stools required.
