Northern Health is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join our Primary Care team in Mackenzie, BC. The PCN provides direct clinical care, follows the Primary Care Plan, and collaborates with interprofessional teams across physician practices, homes, schools and communities. The role supports patient-centered care, education, and chronic disease management, with standard hours Monday to Friday 08:00–16:00. A BC RN license and valid driver's license are required.
