As a highly skilled biologist, you will provide strategic leadership for in vitro pharmacology activities integral to small molecule therapeutics.

Collaborate across disciplines—medicinal chemistry, DMPK, and in vivo pharmacology—guiding projects from target validation to candidate selection. Your expertise will accelerate drug discovery and shape program strategies with internal and external partners. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead all in vitro pharmacology activities for multiple programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project updates




- Drive the end-to-end small molecule drug discovery process
- Develop innovative pharmacology assays and workflows
- Supervise and mentor junior scientists Requirements:
- MSc with 15+ years or PhD with 8+ years in industry
- Proven experience leading projects in pharma/biotech
- Strong background in in vitro pharmacology assays
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
