The team partners closely with Advisors and internal stakeholders to deliver practical consulting solutions that strengthen client relationships, improve business performance, and support long-term growth. We’re looking for a Lead Investments Learning Consultant for an 18-month contract covering our Canadian clients.

HOW YOU WILL ADD VALUE

Practice Management Program Delivery

Deliver consulting and coaching to Financial Professionals.

Facilitate live and virtual practice management programs.

Travel to partner firms for consulting engagements and events.

Build relationships with Advisors and understand their needs.

Promote internal solutions and support program marketing.

Represent the firm at industry and partner events.

Resolve operational inquiries and improve client experiences.

Content Design & Development

Design, update,



and enhance learning content.

Develop virtual, instructor-led, and reference materials.

Partner with Marketing to create new training programs.

Training Project Management & Administration

Participate in project meetings and support delivery activities.

Support project administration, documentation, and deliverables.

Complete administrative responsibilities related to the role.

Provide work updates and time reporting to management.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

Experience, Education & Certifications

BA/BS 4-Year Degree or equivalent experience

CSC, CIM, CFA or applicable designation considered an asset

Seven years of financial services experience in relationship management or sales within financial services

Coaching credentials such as CTDP, ACC, RCC, PCC, MCC or similar preferred

Technical Skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Soft Skills

Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong organizational and planning skills

Ability to work independently and manage a regional territory

High attention to detail and follow-through

Spanish language proficiency preferred, but not required

Willingness to travel approximately 50% to 75%

WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION

This role can be based in Toronto, Calgary or Montreal and will require 3 days in the office a week, there is some flexibility to consider a fully remote arrangement.

Compensation Range:



Franklin Templeton offers employees a competitive and valuable range of total rewards—monetary and non-monetary—designed to support their well-being and recognize their time, talents, and results. We expect the annual salary for this position to range between $95,000-$110,000, depending on location and level of relevant experience, plus discretionary bonus.
