Ciklum is looking for a Lead Delivery Manager to join our team full-time in Canada.

About the role:

As a Lead Delivery Manager, become a part of a cross-functional development team, engineering experiences of tomorrow.

Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end quality engineering delivery across multiple business verticals and technology initiatives
- Define and drive QE strategy, governance, testing standards, and delivery processes
- Manage test planning, execution, reporting, and release readiness activities across teams
- Establish quality metrics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting for stakeholders
- Lead stakeholder communication, status reviews, risk management, and issue resolution
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, business, and delivery teams
- Ensure effective test coverage across functional, integration, regression, automation, and UAT activities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency, quality, and delivery outcomes
- Mentor QA teams and provide leadership on testing best practices and processes
- Support Agile delivery models and ensure alignment with business objectives

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, QA leadership, or Test Management roles
- Proven experience managing end-to-end QA delivery across multiple teams and applications
- Strong experience with QE governance, reporting, metrics, and stakeholder management
- Experience leading large-scale testing initiatives and delivery programs




- Strong understanding of functional, automation, integration, and regression testing practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with distributed teams and PST-aligned working hours

Desirable:

- Experience in retail and eCommerce domains
- Experience managing digital transformation or enterprise application testing programs
- Familiarity with omnichannel retail, order management, POS, and customer-facing platforms
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
- Experience driving quality engineering maturity and process improvements
