Job Summary The Lead Associate plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store while providing exceptional customer service. This position involves leading a team of associates, managing daily tasks, and fostering a positive shopping experience for customers. The Lead Associate is responsible for driving sales through effective communication and upselling techniques, while also maintaining organizational standards within the store.
We are looking for a Lead Sales Associate for our CF Masonville Location. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work technically and fast track your career in retail. We offer a good bonus structure on top of the wages.
Lead Sales Associate
Location: CF Masonville, 1680 Richmond St North, London, Ontario
Hours : Approximately 20 to 25 hours per week
Duties include: Watch Battery Installation & Watch Band Replacement. Taking in watch and jewellery repairs.
Applicant must have strong customer service skills & be very sales & detail oriented (sales include the selling of nationally branded watches, Watch Bands).
We offer a detailed Training Program which includes doing the minor repairs on watches and jewellery. Jewellery store experience welcome. No watch & jewellery repair experience required.

1. Must have strong knowledge in english
2. Retail Sales or Customer service experience in any industry
3. Pass criminal check background
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
- Robust communication skills with the ability to interact with customers effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
