Take 5 Oil Change in Ajax is looking for a reliable and motivated Lead Technician to join our team.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can work efficiently on the shop floor, provide great customer service, and help lead the team during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

- Perform all positions of the oil change process
- Help lead the team and control shop workflow
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
- Conduct vehicle inspections and make appropriate service recommendations
- Assist with training and developing team members
- Maintain strong individual and team performance
- Open and close the shop when required
- Handle customer concerns when management is unavailable
- Ensure safety procedures and company standards are followed
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and running efficiently

What We're Looking For
- Automotive or quick-lube experience preferred
- Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality




- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to lead by example
- Ability to coach and support other team members
- Strong focus on customer service and safety

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
