In this full-time position at Britco Pork Inc., you will employ your knife skills and adhere to safety regulations. We're looking for ten Meat Cutters who can ensure cuts meet both production and customer demands while working Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 2:30 PM. Your experience in meat fabrication will directly impact our quality and service.

Key Responsibilities: • Cut carcasses into primal cuts for processing • Perform cuts while maintaining production line speed • Trim loins, jowls, and back fat • Communicate with supervisors to ensure accuracy • Follow all safety regulations including WorkSafe BC and CFIA
