In this role, you will manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and work closely with professionals in Adult Learning and Instructional Design. Your keen attention to detail and proficiency in LMS platforms will help ensure the success of our training programs. You will coordinate daily LMS operations, create curriculums, prepare reports, and respond to queries to facilitate effective communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day LMS operations and maintenance
• Create and manage LMS curriculums and course items




• Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders
• Handle communications through the LMS Admin shared mailbox
• Liaise with the Business and LMS team for effective content testing
Requirements:
• University degree in Adult Education or related field
• Experience with LMS platforms like SuccessFactors or Moodle
• Knowledge of SCORM compliant systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
