Successful Applicants May Be Eligible To Receive The Following:

• Urban recruitment incentive of $50,000.00 with a return of service or Rural recruitment incentive of $100,000 with a return of service
• Moving expense reimbursement is also available.

The Neurologist will join a well-established team at one of our facilities. This full-time position offers an prospect to provide high-quality, comprehensive medical care, with opportunities to participate in subspecialty activities catering to the applicant’s interest.



Opportunities and responsibilities may include:

• Provide ambulatory care in a teaching clinic setting.
• Provide inpatient care including rounds on patients.
• Provide consultations to hospital-based patients as requested by attending staff.
• Provide on-call services during statutory holidays, evenings and weekends as part of the on-call schedule of the provincial service.
• Participate in medical practice that is compatible with the Health Authority’s mission, values and strategic directions.

• Medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Certification with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada as Specialist Neurology or equivalent.
• Eligibility for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of New Brunswick.
• Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are considered an asset.
