We are seeking a agile and motivated Leasing Agent to join our property management team! In this energetic role, you will be the friendly face and expert communicator responsible for showcasing available properties, guiding prospective tenants through the leasing process, and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to move-in. Duties

- Greet prospective tenants warmly, answer inquiries promptly, and provide detailed information about available properties.
- Conduct property tours, highlighting features and answering questions to generate interest and secure leases.
- Manage leasing documentation efficiently using property management software,
- ensuring accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Negotiate lease terms with applicants, balancing company policies with customer needs to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Process applications, verify references, and coordinate background checks to ensure compliance with leasing standards.
- Maintain organized filing systems for lease agreements, tenant correspondence,



and other administrative records.
- Foster strong customer relationships through excellent phone etiquette and personalized service, encouraging long-term tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Prior experience with property management software such as Yardi or similar platforms is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated office experience with proficiency in data entry, filing, and administrative tasks.
- Strong sales skills combined with exceptional customer service abilities to engage prospects effectively.
- Knowledge of property management practices and leasing procedures is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate lease agreements that meet both client needs and company policies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for building rapport with prospects and residents.
