- Plan and execute flights end-to-end: performance, weather, fuel, alternates, and operational risk management.

Minimum qualifications - Total time: 3,500 hours
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 2,000 hours
- Multi-engine: 2,000 hours
- Multi-engine PIC: 1,500 hours
- Jet: 200 hours
- License: ATPL (TCCA)
- Medical: Class 1
- Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 Preferred - Previous experience on the Learjet 45. Candidates with this background will be given preference. Training and onboarding Type rating is not required; successful candidates will receive Learjet 45 training.
