Position Summary

We’re currently seeking a full-time Leasing Agent to join our property management team in Moncton, New-Brunswick. You’ll play a key role in leasing apartments, maintaining excellent tenant relations, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

- Lease vacant apartments and manage the rental process from start to finish
- Assess prospective tenants’ needs and provide property recommendations
- Conduct property tours and negotiate lease terms
- Prepare and finalize lease agreements
- Coordinate move-ins and ensure a positive onboarding experience for new tenants
- Stay informed about local rental market trends
- Schedule appointments and follow up with leads promptly
- Prepare leasing activity reports and handle lease renewals as needed




- Respond to tenant inquiries in a courteous and qualified manner
- Generate leads through phone outreach, networking, and email

Qualifications

- Experience and/or interest in real estate (asset)
- Relevant training or certification in real estate (asset)
- Verbal and written communication in English
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Initiative, autonomy, and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work well under pressure
