Shiner Transport Ltd. is currently looking for a reliable and safety-focused Lease Operator (Owner Operator) to join our growing team in the Lloydminster area.

We are seeking an experienced operator to haul produced water and oilfield fluids while maintaining a high standard of safety, professionalism, and customer service.

Responsibilities

- Safely haul produced water and other oilfield fluids.
- Complete daily pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections.
- Load and unload at lease sites and disposal facilities.
- Complete electronic logbooks, trip reports, and required paperwork accurately.
- Perform minor truck maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly.
- Follow all company policies, client procedures, and provincial/federal regulations.
- Maintain excellent communication with dispatch and customers.
- Work safely in changing weather and field conditions.

Requirements
- Valid Class 1 driver's licence.
- Minimum 3 years of fluid hauling or oilfield driving experience preferred.
- Clean driver's abstract.
- Robust safety record.
- Current H2S Alive, First Aid, and CSO (preferred).
- Valid TDG and WHMIS certifications.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.




- Experience operating Super B or tri-axle fluid hauling equipment is considered an asset.
- Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Owner Operator Requirements
- Well-maintained, safety-compliant fluid hauling truck.
- Current commercial insurance.
- Valid CVIP and all required operating permits.
- Ability to meet client onboarding requirements.
