We specialize in residential leasing, property management, and real estate investment throughout Toronto's west end. We're a small, high performing team—and we're looking for great people to grow with us. About the RoleWe're seeking a motivated, organized, and client-focused Leasing Agent / Associate to join our team.

We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds. Previous leasing, property management, real estate, hospitality, sales, or customer service experience will be considered. A real estate licence is an asset but is not required to apply.

Our team manages a consistent portfolio of rental properties and leasing opportunities, allowing this role to focus on supporting the leasing process and providing an excellent experience for prospective tenants and our clients.

The successful candidate will be involved in the leasing process from start to finish, working closely with our team to help move assigned properties from listing and inquiries through to showings, applications, and lease completion. Responsibilities will be based on the candidate's experience and licensing status.

What You'll Do

- Support assigned rental listings throughout the leasing process from launch through to lease completion
- Prepare property advertisements and marketing content
- Take professional-quality listing photos
- Respond to rental inquiries and coordinate showing appointments




- Conduct or assist with property showings as appropriate based on licensing requirements
- Follow up with prospective tenants
- Assist with rental applications, documentation, and reference checks
- Support the preparation and coordination of lease documentation
- Provide regular updates and feedback to the leasing and property management teams
- Work closely with our team to provide an excellent experience for clients and prospective tenants

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in leasing, property management, real estate, sales, hospitality, or customer service is preferred
- Ontario real estate licence is an asset but is not required to apply
- Candidates currently completing their real estate licensing are encouraged to apply
- Ability to start within the near term is preferred
- Reliable vehicle with valid insurance
- Available to work evenings and weekends when required
- Familiarity with Toronto's rental market is an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
- Self-motivated, responsive, skilled, and reliable
